It does not alter any separate privacy notices we provide to clients under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or through our broker-dealer and custodial relationships.

WDW Financial, Inc. is an independent financial services firm headquartered in Richardson, Texas. Securities are offered through Kestra Investment Services, LLC (Kestra IS), member FINRA/SIPC, and investment advisory services are offered through Kestra Advisory Services, LLC (Kestra AS). Certain information you provide to us may be shared with these firms as part of delivering financial services.

- Affiliated and partner financial firms. With Kestra IS and Kestra AS as needed to provide brokerage and advisory services.
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platforms (Salesforce), website form processing, and security tools (Google reCAPTCHA), bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and regulatory. When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental or self-regulatory (e.g., FINRA) request, or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Third-Party Services
This website relies on third-party services that may process limited information. These currently include Salesforce (CRM and marketing), Google reCAPTCHA (form spam and bot protection, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Plausible Analytics (cookieless, privacy-friendly website analytics that collects no personal data), Zoom (scheduling and video meetings), and Vimeo (video hosting, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode). Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function and for spam/bot protection on our forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt into. This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Do Not Track
