Legal and regulatory. When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental or self-regulatory (e.g., FINRA) request, or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

These currently include Salesforce (CRM and marketing), Google reCAPTCHA (form spam and bot protection, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Plausible Analytics (cookieless, privacy-friendly website analytics that collects no personal data), Zoom (scheduling and video meetings), and Vimeo (video hosting, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode).
